COMPANY'S RETURN POLICY:

The Goods must be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation). Goods must be returned to the Supplier in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. Goods must be returned to the Supplier adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled, to: International Elevator Commerce s.l

Goods returned due to Customer error or because they are no longer required and returned will be charged 25% of the original price of the products returned due to administrative fees.

Products ordered specifically for the client or selcom purchased items are considered non-returnable products.

If they are returned due to International Elevator Commerce error we will run with the expenses.
