No refunds will be issued for exclusive or discontinued products unless there is an error on the part of International Elevator Commerce in processing the order.

If the error in delivery or order processing is attributable to International Elevator Commerce, we will take care of the return, and the customer will not be charged anything. The full amount of the product will be refunded.
